The tenant will share the kitchen and bathroom with our family. There is secure off-street parking available in our private yard, and the tenant is welcome to enjoy our spacious garden. We're a friendly family with three young children, so we're looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate person who is comfortable living in a family home. The room would suit someone who appreciates a quiet, family-oriented environment and is happy to share the home with our family. The monthly rent includes all bills, including electricity (ESB), heating and high-speed broadband internet, so there are no additional utility costs. As there are young children living in the house, the successful applicant will be asked to provide references and be willing to undergo Garda Vetting where applicable, or provide equivalent background documentation if Garda Vetting is not available through their employer or organisation.
