I am renting here myself, trying to find the right housemate to share this lovely house. It is myself, my beautiful Labrador, and 2x young Maine coon cats. We have made it into an amazing home, very peaceful and always a bit entertaining with the pets. The location is unbelievable, the neighborhood community is warm and supportive with fresh farm products delivered biweekly. Located right beside Sean Moore Park and Sandymount Strand, and is a straight shot into the city, Ballsbridge or to the airport. Tesco just down the road. Free parking on the street but is first come. The Room is a general size but with high ceiling so as to make it feel more spacious. Open to short term. The house also offers a space for gym/spare room and can be made into personal office space if needed. Unable to rent this spare room for living as it does not have full privacy due to attached laundry room. Patio area is overgrown but can be made into a lovely garden area for a good Green Thumb. The ideal person loves animals and enjoys spending time with them, is tidy and respectful of our shared spaces. Please No smoking, recreational drugs, or excessive drinking.
