Additionally, there is a fairly big spare room that can be used by the tenant for installing their work from home/study space. The other two tenants don’t use it so it’s free to take. You will be sharing the bathroom with one of the other tenants. Who you will be sharing with: We are two friendly Spanish and Irish young professional males in their late 20s and early 30s. We like to have the house tidy and clean - one of us will clean the common areas each week. Amenities and appliances: The house comes with washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, TV and 1Gb broadband. The property is located within a gated complex and is very quiet and safe. You will be walking distance from the Grand Canal Docks, IFSC, Sandymount beach, Trinity College, etc. as well as great pubs and restaurants. The closest Tesco Superstore is just 5 minutes away walking. Electricity and broadband bills are equally shared among the tenants. Bins are included in the rent.
