Ideally located close to Park West Business Campus, Ballyfermot College of Further Education, Cherry Orchard Hospital and Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate. There are several bus routes G1 / G2 / 60 / L55 / S4 only minutes walk from the house and ParkWest/Cherry Orchard Train Station is less than 20 minutes walk All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) The host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (€100). The rate for the large room is €700 per month and it is paid every month in advance. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 9 months for the academic year.
