Situated in North Strand, the apartment is close to the IFSC, Grand Canal Dock, Fairview and Clontarf. There are plenty of cafes, Fairview park, gyms and grocery options in the neighbourhood and walking distance. Additionally, the apartment is well served by public transport, with bus routes on the doorstep and Connolly station / the Luas Red Line within walking distance. The apartment is owner occupied. So you would be sharing with myself (male, professional, who typically works from home 3 days a week, gay – if that matters) and two cats. Ideally you’ll be a, clean and tidy, willing to share simple chores, social and respect boundaries too. The house definitely isn’t a party house, but visitors are, of course, welcome! The room, which has plenty of build in storage, has a view of Croke Park. While the room doesn’t have its own bathroom, the main bathroom (for the most part) will mainly only be used by you and guests. The room overlooks busy rail lines, while it’s relatively easy to acclimatise to the sound of the trains, it's not suited to night shift workers.
