Hi girls! 🌷 I’m looking for someone friendly, easygoing, and reliable to stay in my in-suit room for 3 months while I’m travelling home. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a lovely female flatmate who works on-site during the week, as well as an indoor cat 🐱. She’s neutered, shy, quiet, and very well behaved, the love of my life, and it’s important that you’re comfortable around animals. My flatmate is really nice, friendly and respectful, she will do her best to make you feel at home. The apartment is bright, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of storage and all the kitchen appliances you’ll need. There are plants everywhere, what makes the place feel comfy and welcoming. There’s a lovely balcony off the living room, and your bedroom has its own balcony too. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and an adjustable professional desk and ergonomic chair. The building is in a very convenient location, around 15–20 minutes’ walk from O’Connell Street and close to Connolly Station, with plenty of bus routes nearby. There are Lidl and Aldi supermarkets in the neighbourhood, several gym options, and Fairview Park is nearby, with lots of green space and sports pitches. The neighbours are also friendly and supportive, and overall the apartment has a relaxed and colourful atmosphere.
