About Crosbie's Yard, Ossory Road, Dublin 3, North Strand, Dublin 3
Description
Hello Daft, My boyfriend and I, both in our mid-twenties, along with our super friendly golden retriever, are searching for a person to share our apartment with. The room: Double bedroom, with built in desk and built in wardrobe, along with access to shared balcony. The apartment: - 2 bedroom apartment - Great cosy living area, South-East facing, so it gets lovely light in the morning. It’s also well equipped for socialising, gaming and movie nights. - Brand new kitchen with brand new appliances - Shared bathroom - 2 balconies The apartment is C1 energy rated, holding great warmth without heating much, as well as soundproofing. The apartment is part of the gated Crosbie’s Yard development. Including visitor parking, underground bike storage, well kept communal areas and playground (?). Great location : - Dublin 3, East wall - 5 min walk to Fairview park - 5-10 min walk from Lidl/Aldi (even a McDonalds and Starbucks) - 3 min walk from bus stop - 20 min walk from city centre - 10 minute walk from Connolly station Rent: 875 + bills Security deposit is one months rent and bills are approximately 75 per month (electricity+ wifi) About us: We're 2 guys, French and Irish. We both work in tech, and wfh from time to time. We enjoy going to the gym as well as gaming the odd time. We're pretty social and enjoy getting to know new people and having a drink or two the odd time as well. We enjoy hosting friends for dinner and the odd party. We're neat and tidy and like to keep things as clean as possible both for ourselves and respect of whomever we’re sharing the apartment with. What we are looking for in a flatmate: We are ideally looking for someone independent but also happy to socialise, as we want the apartment to feel homely, as well as get to know new people. We are looking for someone that has already lived away from home ideally. Someone clean and tidy, who respects the common areas is an absolute must. You'd be more than welcome to have friends over whenever you please to socialise, of course within reason. LGBTQ friendly Please send us a bit about yourself as this is important for us, and are quite flexible with the lease length and move in date. Ideally, long-term is what we’re looking for. Please feel free to ask any questions if you have any. We’ll be more than happy to clarify anything. We’ll be in touch to arrange viewings in due course.
