Widescreen tv available in room, just let me know. Large double room (King size bed) to rent in quiet, clean & tidy apartment with all mod cons. Would suit someone in Smurfit Business College, UCD, St Vincent's Hospital - 10 minutes walk from Dart and main bus routes to town (4/7/7A/46A/145/155) walking distance to Blackrock village (shopping centre/cafes/pubs/public park/restaurants). Smoking allowed on the balcony. LGBQT friendly Parking available (free) and space for a bike. Access to grounds for sitting out/recreation. Available 1st October Sharing with a female in her 30s. I have a 9-5:30 job, I’m hybrid, into the gym, swimming, catching up with friends for food and a glass of wine. Would aim to review from both sides at 6 months and would always give a months notice.
