Curragh Farm, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, The Curragh, Co. Kildare

A double room with private washroom is available to rent in a newly built, A-rated house in Curragh Farm (Ballymany, Newbridge). Rent: €740/month + bills (Wi-Fi, bins and electricity split equally) Deposit: One month's rent The house is very close to the M7, so it's very handy for anyone commuting towards Dublin or working locally. It's equipped with Ottoman storage beds, high-speed fibre broadband, parking, washer/dryer, TV and more. You'd be sharing the house with a male in his early 30s and a small cat. I'm looking for a clean, sound, working professional who will keep the place tidy and quiet during the week. The room not for couples. If you're interested, drop me a PM with a short intro about yourself.
