This is an extra large double room . It is a room rental with the use of bathroom as needed & reasonable use of kitchen. Seeking a long term tenant with good communication skills that is comfortable to share with... 15 min walk from killiney dart Station & Killiney beach & 30 min walk from cherrywood luas Station. Many busses bring you to Dunlaoghaire from close by. Dunlaoghaire is equally easily accessible by bike. It is a quiet road & home & will ideally suit a quiet mannered, self- responsible, respectful person. There is a small fridge & microwave in the room. You supply your own bed clothes, matress protector, pillow & duvet etc... Ballybrack village with its varied services is at the top of the road. Tesco, Ballybrack is a 10 min walk away as is the bus stop to Dunlaoghaire. Heat is on morning & evening only, as in most irish households so hybrid work does not suit... preference to a retired person, a worker or a student, who is occupied during the day elcewhere. As stated Ideally seeking a long term rental..two or three years or more, all going well.... short term lets are not looked at as favourably but considered ...i.e. less than a year.
