The house is detached and single storey. There is off street parking and a front and back garden. The house is five minutes walk to the centre of Dalkey village which is lively with shops, cafes, a library and the DART station. Surrounded by sea and nature and ten minutes walk to Sandycove and the Forty Foot. It is a quiet, relaxed home. Price is a monthly payment. 750e desposit returned at end of your stay all going well. 750e rent payable on the first day of each month in advance. Bills included.
