It is located in a quiet, private development in the heart of Stoneybatter, twenty minutes walk from the city centre. The house has been decorated to a good standard and is equipped with all mod cons. You would be sharing with two professionals - an international girl in late her late 20s and an Irish guy in his early 40s who is there 3 days a week. There is one shared bathroom. It is a quiet house and although we are very friendly we tend to spend most of our time in our own spaces. It would suit someone tidy and respectful of their fellow housemates who is looking for a calm, safe space. All bills are included in the rent and that includes broadband, heating, electricity and waste. The room is only suitable for females to maintain the current gender balance and household size. Non-smoking and no pets. Available from 1st August for one with the potential to extend.
