It is large, bright, quiet and well maintained, with attractive views, ample free parking and nearby walking trails. A professional cleaner attends monthly. The room is available immediately and contains a single bed with a hybrid mattress. I am looking for a quiet, respectful, clean and considerate person. No pets, parties or regular guests.
