Currently occupied by two professional guys in their 30s. Monday-to-Friday tenant preferred, but I'm open to a full-time lodger. The apartment is large, bright and set in a beautiful location with amazing views. Spotless apartment, cleaned monthly by a professional cleaner. Quiet day and night. Ample parking. Nice hiking trails a few minutes away by foot. The beach is a 5 min drive. Available from 17 July 2026. The room contains a single bed with a hybrid mattress. Looking for a respectful, responsible, considerate, clean and tidy person. No pets. No smoking. No parties or regular guests. References are needed and will be checked.
