We are Irish tenants, 2 Female and 1 Male living in a very lovely house on the North Circular Road, Phibsborough, Dublin 7 and are looking to fill 1 room for ONE Male adult. *please provide info specified near the bottom* The house is located close to The Mater Hospital and is just a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Photos were just taken so what you see is what you have. We have a great landlord and keep a good relationship with him. We are from Co. Galway, Roscommon and Meath. We are very clean in our mid to late 20's. This isn't a huge party house but we enjoy going out and the odd drink.
