We are Irish tenants, 2 Male and 1 female living in a very lovely house on the North Circular Road, Phibsborough, Dublin 7 and are looking to fill 1 room for ONE female adult. *please provide info specified near the bottom* The house is located close to The Mater Hospital and is just a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Photos were just taken so what you see is what you have. We have a great landlord and keep a good relationship with him. We are from the Galway, Roscommon and Co. Meath. We are very clean, working professionals in our mid 20's. This isn't a huge party house but we enjoy going out and the odd drink.
