We are 2 females who are in our 30s and not working at home, we are looking for a female who is in same age. Rent is 780 per month and bills are not included. For bills, there will be monthly included : Bin, Internet, cleaner etc, it’s €50 per month ; electricity will be shared by all tenants. There is a SuperValu nearby (9-10 mins walking). For transportation to city center, 4 mins walking to a bus stop for Route 82, about 30 min to city center, and 5 mins walking to the bus stop for S2, another 2 bus stops are about 10 mins walking distance from the house for Route F1, F2, F3, 74 and 150. Please note that this house is not a party and non-smoking house, so we wish you are quiet, nice and willing to take responsibilities together to take care of the house well, also you are a person who love neat and tidy environment.
