Bedroom 1: Spacious and large double room with large wardrobe and side tables available only to a single tenant at €1250 per month Bedroom 2: Very Spacious and large room with double bed and large wardrobe and side tables with own bathroom suited to a single tenant or couple €1425 per month Please state which room you are applying for. Please also let me know abit about yourself… like your hobbies and personality type as whether you are full time at office, hybrid or remote. I’m very polite, kind, tidy and I like the home to be calm and respectful of peoples work schedules. I enjoy being bubbly and chatting as well as having my own private quiet space sometimes. There is plenty of room in the apartment to relax in the spacious open plan front room and kitchen area. Also, each room is very large if you just feel like chilling alone and getting some quiet time during the working week or weekends. Planning to have a cleaner visit 2 times a month to make sure everything is kept healthy and clean which should work out as €20 per person each month. Most people are so busy with work it can really help keep everyone happy without any added pressure around work schedules.
