Sharing with 4 professional working females in their 30s we are looking for a clean, friendly and considerate housemate to join us. 2 main bathrooms are shared. The house is not owner occupied. The house is well equipped and the bedroom itself has plenty of storage. No smokers and no pets. The house is well located near Bushy Park and Orwell Park with Terenure and Rathfarnham villages about a 15 minute walk each. Parking space available for cars, and a number of bus routes are close by (15B, 16, 74 are a 5 minute walk, 14 and 15 are a 10-15 minute walk).
