There are 3 double bedrooms in total, split over 2 levels. 2 large bathrooms (one of which would be yours, the other shared by the other tenants), a large living / dining / kitchen area, utility room and plenty of storage. You would be living in a room on the top floor, which is fully furnished. The house is 30 seconds from the coast road, 2 minutes away from St Anne's Park and only a little further to Bull Island. The city centre is a 20/25 minute drive and there are dedicated cycle lanes almost all the way. The 130 bus stop is right across the road from the house. Currently in the house are two other women (26F PhD student & 34F working in tech). We like to keep a calm and relaxed atmosphere (not a party house).
