We are a friendly, quiet and respectful family. Pet free, non-smoking house. THE HOUSE is a red-brick Victorian house that has been completely refurbished. Fully equiped kitchen. Warm, cosy, and well maintained. Front & Back Garden LOCATION: centre of Donnybrook village - beside shops, cafes, pharmacy, restaurants and park. Excellent bus service - UCD, TCD, Dun Laoghaire and city centre. 15 minute walk to the Luas & dart. ROOM SUITABILITY: someone who is quiet and respectful. Happy to offer seven-day-a-week basis; however, our preference is that the renter would be away one or two weekends per month. Suitable for quite, respectful student or similar person
