Extra large double bedroom in this well finished house just off Cork Street, Dublin 8. The bedroom itself is equipped with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The ideal housemate will be non-smoking, clean, tidy and respectful of others using the house and quiet. There will be two other housemates (one really quiet, the other who is rarely around and gone most weekends). There is one bathroom, located on the ground floor after the kitchen. The communal kitchen and sitting room are quite cozy but generally these are not under pressure as people are out at work / or in at different times. However it probably is not suitable for massive cooking projects or entertaining. The house is not suitable for pets or for storage of a bike. There is free on street parking at the front of the house. The house is 20 minute walk from Grafton Street, Trinity College and a 10 minutes walk from James's Hospital and the new national children's hospital. It is a short stroll to Rialto, Portobello, Rathmines and city centre. Please mail a bit about yourself, hobbies and interests. Bills are split between three and normally work out between €50 - €70 per month. Available for one year, one month deposit required however shorter durations would be considered.
