Common areas are cleaned weekly. The room Bright and spacious furnished room for 1 guest with a large double bed, desk for studying, and good storage space. Ideal for guests who want an international, clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Rent €875 per month including Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning service for common areas, waste collection, shared electricity. Extra electricity/heating in the room aprx. €25per month in winter months.
