They vary depending on usage. Cca 150-200€ a month. Service fees to management company are included in rent. This includes waste disposal. I am looking for room mate, who enjoys sports, music, and can endure living with a cat (he sleeps upstairs). If you have your own cat we need to introduce them first. A working professional.
