The house is super warm and cosy thanks to a new heating system and insulation, and a great C2 BER rating. You’ll get your own separate living space/sitting room to relax in. We have our own separate living room too, so there is plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing! We'll share the kitchen, bathroom, and a downstairs WC. There is also plenty of free on-street parking right outside. We are a couple in our early 30s. We're pretty easy-going, friendly, and up for a chat, but we also really value our own downtime and personal space. We're looking for a clean, respectful housemate who wants a relaxed home. The location is good for commuting, with several bus stops just a short walk away. A number of buses in few minute walking distance (F2, F3, 9, 15a, 54a, and 150). Walkinstown Roundabout is less than 10 mins walk away for even more bus routes. The M50 is just a 5-minute drive away if you have a car. Ashleaf shopping centre 5 min drive or 15 min walk.
