This is a Monday-to-Friday arrangement only, ideally suited to someone who requires accommodation in Cork during the week and has their own home/base elsewhere at weekends. The room is available from Sunday evening each week until Friday morning. It is not available on Friday or Saturday nights. The house is in an excellent location close to Cork City Centre, with good transport links and use of the kitchen and shared living areas. There are two bathrooms with showers — one upstairs and one downstairs. Looking for a clean, tidy, quiet and respectful person. Non-smoker preferred. You will be sharing the house with the owner. Please include a little information about yourself when enquiring, including where you are based at weekends and confirmation that Monday-to-Friday accommodation suits you.
