Description

Short-term let; Sat 11th May to Sat 29th June Small room with a comfy small double bed, a wardrobe and a beside table. There is not a whole lot of space but it is cosy and we have two living rooms. I am looking for someone would not be working/ studying full-time from home. I take care of dogs from time to time, so person would be need to be ok with dogs and be LGBTQ friendly. €600 per month (which includes €100 towards bills.) Deposit of €400. (€450 for May because of move-date) Due to the high level of response, I apologise that I will apply only to those I feel might be suitable. House is seven mins walk to Crumlin Hospital, seven to the Red Luas line, within walking distance of several bus routes and has parking and a garden.
