Just outside Dromiskin Village, 5 minute walk to bus stop (Route 168) 20 mins to Route 100. All Bills included. Fair usage applies. Dromiskin is a small village roughly 7km from DKIT with Small Supermarket/Petrol Station, Pharmacist, Takeaway, Pub, Post Office, GAA Football grounds, many walking/running routes. Tenant welcome to stay weekends and holidays incl Christmas. Please note there is a dog in the house.
