Very spacious quirky dbl bedroom to rent - available 5 days a week (excluding weekends - some weekends maybe considered, with notice - additional 75euro per night) Two bed house, owner occupied, in Drumcondra (near Dorset st / Clonliffe rd / Croke Park), 3 min walk to Drumcondra train station, close to all colleges, town, transport links, shops, parks, etc. Short-term let - Available for 1-3 months (perhaps longer) There is a very friendly Golden Retriever in the house, a cat and currently a foster cat, all very loving and sweet - so an animal lover and responsible person is a must... my pets will not be in your room unless invited :) The bedroom for rent features a dbl bed on a mezzanine, below the mezzanine is a desk, with screen, mouse keyboard etc, there is a 42" TV with Google TV, as well as free to air TV channels, sofa, a foot stool. This room is spacious, very self contained.  The bathroom, and Kitchen are shared.  All mod cons, Wifi, Washer/ Dryer, Airfryer, Microwave, Oven, dishwasher etc. Access to back lane for secure bike storage.
