One Double room for rent in a large four bedroom house in Drumcondra. The house currently consists of three Irish working professionals aged 29-43 (two female, one male) who all work Monday - Friday normal hours. We are a fairly relaxed house, who all get along well. We all do our own thing but also sit down to watch tv together or have a drink occasionally so we are looking for someone who would be a good fit for the house. The room itself comes with the bed, small wardrobe and the blue shelving unit. The main bathroom is shared with two others and there is an additional toilet downstairs. Rent is paid monthly, ones months rent deposit is required and bills are splits 4 ways evenly.
