Needs to be a cat lover. RENT & BILLS -Rent is one month in advance plus one month security deposit. -Bills( electricity, gas, Sky Tv and Sky Fibre WiFi) To be shared equally among the 2 occupants. -Bins are included with the rent. -If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please email me with a description about yourself.
