The house has natural light throughout, front and back gardens, a shared bathroom, driveway and street parking, high speed fibre optic internet, solar panels and a BBQ in the back garden. Bed linen and towels can be provided. Brickfield Park is only a 2 minute walk away, and the Red Line Luas is reachable within 10 minutes on foot. A bus stop 5 minutes from the house is served by the 73 bus route. Crumlin Road is around a 10 minute walk and offers further bus routes (27, 56A, 77A and 151) plus 77n Nitelink service. Swan Leisure Crumlin is a 15 minute walk away. Dunnes Stores at Crumlin Shopping Centre is approximately a 4 minute drive or about a 15 minute walk. Ashleaf Shopping Centre is under a 10-minute drive, offering additional retail and services. Lidl is also less than 10 minutes by car. The M50 can be reached in about 10 minutes, Dublin city centre in roughly 15 minutes drive, and Phoenix Park is approximately 15 minutes away by car.
