Room with double bed available for one woman in a beautiful, comfertable semi detatched house in a quiet estate in West Clontarf/Killester. This house has a living room, front room/office space, sunroom, kitchen and small garden. The house is bright, spacious and clean. Currently occupied by two female working professionals in our 20s. The room is cosy, with one window, one wardrobe and one cabinet. Spacious bathroom with electric shower shared with one other tenant. Located right outside a bus stop (H1, H2, H3, H4, N4, 6) and a 10 minute walk to Killester Dart Station. Approx 20 minutes to city centre. Within a 10 minute walk to the Clontarf sea front.
