We're looking for a kind and respectful housemate to join our shared house in Clontarf Dublin 3. There is a friendly dog that lives here so successful candidates must be okay with living with dogs. Well connected to Trinity College, DCU, Beaumont Hospital and Dublin City Centre. 10 minute walk to Killester train station, busses ever 5 minutes to city (H1, H2, H3, 6, N4, 104) and safe cycle path to the city and Howth. Located right beside St Anne's Park, and beside the sea. Local supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Please inquire with a little bit about yourself and we can set up a viewing :)
