My partner and I are vacating our double room in D5 as we are about to relocate closer to work. The room will be available from December 1, and the agency accepts couples or two friends. Location Bus stop "Mornington grove" 200 meters away from the house. The district is residential, quiet, and very well-connected to Dublin city centre via Malahide road. - Bus lines 15 (24h), 27, 27A, 27B, 42, 43 - 20 minutes by bus to Connolly (DART, red line luas), 25 minutes by bus to Eden Quay. - DART Killester: 15 minutes away walking The house One couple living on the same floor (Irish) and another in the attic (Brazilians) all working full time. They are quiet and helpful. - Fully equipped room (wardrobe, drawers, hangers, heater) and kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, plenty of shelves) - Heater in the bathroom (electric) + water boiler. - Washing machine + good clothes dryer - Cleaner coming every 2 weeks - Available parking space - 10 minutes away walking from Tesco / Dealz / Lidl, 3 minutes away from Spar and Circle K. No smoking inside and no pets. Rent is €1250/month or €625/month per person + deposit of the same amount, sent to the property manager. Charges are ~40€/month per person (internet, bins, gas, electricity). The property manager will issue you a 6-month contract (renewable) with invoices for all charges, rent, deposit.
