The house is in a mature, residential neighborhood in Dublin 5 (close to McAuley Park). Rent includes bills; Wi/Fi, Electricity, Gas & Bins. Deposit is one month's rent payable before occupation. Public Transport: 1 min walk to 27A bus & 10 mins walk to bus stop for 15, 27, 27X, 42 & 43 and Beaumount Hospital route N6. The Dart is approx 13 mins walk. Approximately 20-25 mins to City Centre by bus depending on traffic and 15 mins by Dart. Bedroom Includes: Double bed (bedding not included), 1 Single Wardrobe, 1 Double Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers. Excellent location with shops, post-office, banks, supermarkets and everyday amenities within walking distance. As the owner-occupier, I keep the house very clean and organised. I am looking for a considerate housemate who appreciates a quiet, peaceful and entirely smoke-free living environment.
