We are 5 mins walk from Rathgar village and 10 minutes from Rathmines. We're located on several well services bus routes including the 24 hour 15, as well as the 14, 65s. The S2, S4, 140, and 83 are all less than 10 minutes away also. The house is a 4 bedroomed house with 1 and a half bathrooms. We are women in our late 20s to early 30s looking for a new room mate. The environment in the house is very quiet, relaxed and friendly, we're sociable and like to have a chat/catch up in the evenings. The bills are generally between 80 to 100 euro each, but can vary slightly seasonally. This includes all utilities - Internet, bins, gas, electricity and also a cleaner who comes 2x a month.
