Single room available in for sublet while our lovely housemate is off on his travels! Available immediately until April 2027. About the House : The house is just off the Navan Rd in Ashtown, right beside the Phoenix park and a less than 10 min walk to the Ashtown train station. Safe, quiet estate with bus links for the 39/39A/38/70 directly outside the estate. There is an option for parking beside the house with no parking permit required. Nearby shops, cafés, gym, and SuperValu. The housemates : You’ll be sharing with four girls in our mid 20s - 30s. We’re a social house — always up for a takeaway and movie night, or a local pint — but also respectful of everyone’s space and routines. We’re a laid back, friendly house, but also like having a clean, calm living space where everyone chips in to keep it nice. The Room : The room is a furnished single room, with a shared bathroom which everyone keeps clean and tidy! There is a desk and desk chair available. The room is available straight away, and is €454 per month not including bills. Bills are roughly €60-75 per month average If interested, please send a short message with a bit about yourself!
