Room for Rent in Georgian-Style House | €760 + Bills A single room with a double bed is available in our lovely Georgian-style house, conveniently located near the Mater Hospital and within easy reach of Dublin city centre. The house is tastefully decorated, spacious, and has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. There are two lounge areas, perfect for watching TV, reading, or unwinding, as well as a spacious kitchen and a small back garden. The location is ideal, with plenty of bus connections nearby, Tesco and convenience shops within easy reach, and a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. O’Connell Street is approximately a 16-minute walk away, while the Broadstone Luas stop is around an 18-minute walk away. The House & Housemates You’ll be sharing with two professionals in their early fourties. The bathroom is shared with one other person. We enjoy a relaxed home environment where everyone feels comfortable and at ease. We occasionally have friends over, but this is definitely not a party house. Who We’re Looking For We would preferably like a female housemate who is responsible, considerate, and understands what it means to share a home. Someone who respects shared spaces, values open communication, and contributes to a comfortable and harmonious living environment would be a great fit.
