The house is surrounded by Tesco, Lidl, a pharmacy, a bank ATM, a university and campus area, parking, entertainment area and track, sports field, hospital, post office, pub, bar, cafes, and barber, all within 3-4 minutes. The location and surroundings of the house are beautiful and respectable. One room in the 2-bedroom house is empty and has two separate king-size beds.there are 2 beds in the room. 5 minutes by car to the city center. The house can be reached by buses 39A and 70 and the Green Line Luas tram. 10-minute walk to the center. Smoking is not allowed in the house. We are looking for two tenants who will abide by the house rules, be clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful. Rent is per person. Rent + electricity + rental deposit
