Lovely house located on a quiet street in Dublin 8, just a minutes walk to Luas and bus stops, and a 15-minute walk to St. Patrick’s Cathedral. You will be sharing the house with me (F, 43), a small 12yo dog, and one other tenant. There is only one bathroom in the house which will be shared with other tenants. I’m ideally looking for housemates in their late 30s to early 40s who are sociable and enjoy the occasional movie night, shared dinner, or glass of wine. Cleanliness is a must. It is not a party house. LGBTQ+ friendly Important: You must be a dog lover, someone comfortable living with dogs and willing to lend a hand when needed or when I travel. I’m also open to welcoming a second dog into the home, provided they’re older, calm, and a good fit after a meet-and-greet.
