You will be living in a detached house with a couple and a toddler (18 month old) with a baby on the way in September. The house is within 20 mins walking distance from Tuam town centre. Burkes Bus operates frequent services to/from Galway City. The first stop (Tuam Cathedral) is approx. 15-20 mins walk from the house. The Bus Eireann stop is within 20-25 mins walking distance and City Link is within 25 mins walking distance. - Rent €750 per month, Deposit €750. - Rent €700, Deposit €700 per month if the room is needed from Monday to Friday only. - Rent includes electricity, bins, and WiFi costs. Amenities included: - Double bed, mattress, duvet, two pillows (1 set provided) - Electric shower/toilet - Walk-in wardrobe, one chest of drawers - Study table and chair - Portable heater - Separate fridge, kettle, toaster - Although the main kitchen and dining area is shared, you have your own kitchenette space as well. Shared cooker, microwave, oven, airfryer. Separate Instant Pot. - Shared washing machine, tumble dryer - Shared bins (& separate compost bin provided) - Shared storage in the utility cupboards - Shared access to cleaning items (hoover, mop, cleaning liquid, brush pans) - Access to patio area Restricted areas: - Living room (as it is used by the toddler and will soon be used for the newborn baby) - Any room/spaces upstairs NOTE: - No smoking anywhere in the house/premises. - No parties in the house/premises including the patio - No guests allowed - No lighting candles in the bedroom. - One cat in the house. The lodger should be okay with being around a cat. She is a friendly cat however, we do not let her go into bedrooms.
