Female only - 1 person We are looking for a new housemate to join us in the heart of Dun Laoghaire. You would have your own double bedroom and shared bathroom (with one other). We are ideally looking for a female with a similar profile as us. Move In date: June 20st Preferences: Someone in their early 30’s Must work full time. Someone who is clean: we are 3 people living in the house and it can become messy very quickly Someone quiet and respectful: Note that the house is upside down: the kitchen and common areas are above our bedrooms, which can lead to some noise when in use. Respect is therefore key. We are very clean & tidy women and expect the same from the new person. We usually take turns in cleaning the whole house. If unable to do so, you are more than welcome to pay for a cleaner when it comes to your turn. This is a quiet neighbourhood, so absolutely no parties. The owners are quite picky when it comes to the people who live in this house as they once lived in it, this building holds a great sentimental value for them. Who will you share with: We are both fully employed in our early 30’s. One has been in Ireland for nearly 3 years, and one has been here for 16 years. We are easy going as long as we all behave as adults and respect one another. We’re into sea swimming, walks, art, painting, cooking. We do sometimes enjoy meeting in the kitchen and share a conversation, or watch a movie. Our house is almost 100% chemical free (due to allergies) as we only use natural products to clean the house. You have a few buses (E2, L25, L27, 7/7A) nearby that can bring you to the city and the dart will be 10 min walk away from the house.
