This is a self contained room attached to our home. It's suitable for one female occupant only. It has its own entrance, kitchenette and ensuite. Energy and bin bills are included in the price. The garden can be used for your own private use (no parties). We are a quiet, clean and respectful household, we would like the same from our tenant. We share our space with our 4 year old Cavapoo :) She can be nervous (ie bark - but harmless) when she first meets you, so you'd need to be comfortable around dogs as you may bump into her in the garden. The room is compact (ie small), but has everything you need. Storage is limited but that said we've had tenants previously for 5 years, 1 year and 2 years who have been happy and comfortable here. It's available to view from the 1st June (current tenant moves out on the 31st May - viewing is not possible before this). Dunboyne Castle is a lovely, tranquil estate and a 10 minute walk to the village and main bus stop. Train station is about a 20 min walk. There are direct buses and trains to the city centre. The village itself is pretty and has lots to offer: supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, hairdressers, beauty and nail salons, gym, dry cleaners etc.
