Room is available immediately. The room is quiet and bright we are in a quiet residential area. Dundrum is a highly sought after location due to amenities and access to Dublin city centre. A twenty minute drive to town or, Luas line is five minutes walk away, or also bus stop only two minute walk. Dundrum Town Centre is a popular amenity with endless restaurants and shops to suit all tastes. Dundrum is also located off the M50. Looking for clean and respectful roommate who also enjoy socialising together. There will be 5 roommates. We are looking for someone who wishes to stay not short term. One month rent in advance plus security deposit of one month rent. Utilities are extra monthly but are divided amongst roommates. Please also include a little about yourself.
