It has a brand-new mattress/topper, a dressing table and a full-length mirror. (An extendable table in the living room could be used as a desk for WFH.) The living/dining room looks onto the garden (and between the houses, the sea), and the kitchen is off it. (I don't have a Sky (cable) subscription, but I do have many channels.) The first-floor flat is part of a small, quiet development (7 flats in a large, converted house) set in an acre of mature gardens. There are two dedicated parking spaces for the flat immediately outside. The flat is safe and secure (Ring doorbell, alarm system, electric gates, carbon monoxide alarm and three smoke alarms) and has underfloor heating throughout and infinite hot water from a new combi boiler. It’s been completely redecorated in the last three years so is clean and bright. You’ll be sharing with a female professional (middle-aged) and a friendly cat. I’m looking for a female non-smoker who is reasonably clean and tidy. The flat is 4 minutes’ walk from the bus stop (H3, 6) and 5-minutes’ drive/23-minutes’ walk to Howth Dart station (25 minutes to Connolly station). It’s a 30-minute drive to Dublin Airport and the M50/M1 (depending on time of day). Howth is a great place to live with many restaurants and cafes, gyms, beauticians, hairdressers, a library, the beach, and several lovely walks. It is well-served with supermarkets (Centra, Tesco) and nearby you’ll find SuperValu and Aldi in Sutton, and Lidl in Baldoyle. Requirements: Deposit and one month’s rent in advance and references.
