This is a double bedroom en-suite connected to our home and falls under the rent-a-room scheme. You will have use of a kitchen & large living room, bedroom & en-suite. The flat is fully furnished, with a well appointed kitchen, with washer & dryer and a large fridge freezer. There is central heating and a recently refurbished wood fire stove. Internet is included, but electricity & oil heating are separate, both are on a separate meter and the responsibility of the renter. There is off street parking with automatic gate & security system. This would suit a person working in Waterford perhaps on a short term basis or on contract at the nearby hospital. This is a short commute from the hospital & ring road, with plenty of shops nearby, and would suit someone with a car or e-bike. This is a dog friendly rental, with a large back garden although the nearby road is dangerous, dogs should be supervised when out and left indoors. Please be familiar with the rules that apply to licensee's & home owners under the rent a room scheme. While we want to give the best housing experience to someone who may rent from us, we have spent too much time in bad sharing situations to want to deal with that again now that we have our own home, and will reserve the right to terminate rentals with reasonable notice that do not suit both parties.
