Person must be friendly, respectful of others and the house itself, not be a party person, keep the place clean and tidy and adhere to house rules and do their share of the cleaning rota. 5 mins walk to bus stop – bus 214 to centre and to Wilton Shopping Centre/Cork University Hospital. Free on-road parking. Bills shared equally and are in addition to the rent. One month's deposit. Rent monthly in advance. We are ladies 30 years plus.
