Double room available now, in a quiet, clean and nicely-decorated and furnished house. Leafy, quiet, residential area. Person must be friendly, respectful of others and the house itself, not be a party person, keep the place clean and tidy and adhere to house rules and do their share of the cleaning rota. 5 mins walk to bus stop – bus 214 to centre and to Wilton Shopping Centre/Cork University Hospital. Free on-road parking. Bills shared equally and are in addition to the rent. One month's deposit. Rent monthly in advance. We are ladies 30 years plus. We will be 4 people in the house in total, including the owner. PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS: 1. Have you rented in a house share previously? 2.
