Single room (500eur) in a quiet, clean and nicely-decorated and furnished house. Leafy, quiet, residential area. Person must be friendly, respectful of others and the house itself, and keep the home clean and tidy and adhere to house rules. 5 mins walk to bus stop – bus 214 to centre and to Wilton Shopping Centre/Cork University Hospital. Free on-road parking. Cleaning rota. Bills are shared equally and are in addition to the rent. One month's deposit. The rent is monthly in advance. We will be 4 people in the house in total.
