We are looking for a respectful, considerate , clean and reliable housemate. The house has all the usual convinces including washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, gas cooking, internet and on street parking. Close to the luas line which takes you into the city center in ten minutes and busses to the city or outskirts of Dublin. There's a variety of supermarkets, shops, chemists and banks near by. The Matter hospital is 15minutes walking distance, Phibsboro village 5 minutes walk and city center 25mins to walk. The bedroom on offer is a small single, containing a single bed, bedside locker, wardrobe and a small foldable desk and chair. Rent is E680 per calendar month, bills are included in this (fair usage policy applies for gas and electricity). Deposit payable E680 along with first month's rent.
